IDBI ESO Education Qualification (as on 1/10/2024)
A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Computer Literacy- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.
IDBI ESO Age Limit (as on 1/10/2024)
The candidate should be of age limit of 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for IDBI bank Executive posts. The candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd November 1999 and not later than 1st November 2004 (both dates inclusive)

IDBI Bank ESO Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Selection process & Exam Pattern
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.
1. There will be 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT.
2. The duration of the online test will be 120 minutes
3. There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
4. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IDBI Recruitment 2024 Salary
The Executive will be paid a handsome remuneration which will be fixed for a period of time. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be revised for an extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to the satisfactory performance of the applicant.
