LIC AAO 2023 Salary and Benefits: Approximately Rs. 92,870/- per month.
Basic pay of Rs. 53600/- per month in the scale of Rs. 53600- 2645(14) –90630– 2865(4) –102090 and other admissible allowances as per rules. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance etc. wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs. 92870/- per month in ‘A’ Class city. Other benefits are Defined Contributory Pension, Gratuity, LTC, Cash Medical Benefit, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Insurance ,Vehicle Loan (2-wheeler/4 wheeler) as per rules, meal coupon, reimbursement of cost of Brief case/leather bags, mobile handset, supply of dailies and magazines and tea/coffee, mobile expenses, etc.as per rules.

LIC AAO 2023 Age Limit
The age of the candidate must not be less than 21 years and must not exceed 30 years. The minimum age of a candidate shall be 21 years (completed) as on 01.01.2023. The maximum age shall not be more than 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.2002 both days inclusive only are eligible) Relaxations in upper age limit for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/Other Backward Community(OBC)/ Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) /Confirmed LIC employees shall be as under

LIC AAO 2023 Educational Qualification
A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute. The educational qualification mentioned should be from a University/Institute/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by the Government Regulatory bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01.01.2023. Proper documents from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 01.01.2023 have to be submitted at the time of the interview.
LIC AAO 2023 Selection Process
LIC AAO Selection will be done on the basis of three-phase examination i.e. Preliminary Examination (Phase I), Main Examination (Phase II) and Interview followed by Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination. Marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview will be considered for the final merit listing of candidates (Final Selection).
Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three sections

The main examination will consist of objective tests for 200 marks. The objective test will be online. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.

Candidate MUST pass in each Section separately and should also obtain minimum marks in the aggregate to qualify for the online examinations (Preliminary and Main) and the interview. The responses (answers) of individual candidates with other candidates would be analyzed to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, LIC reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the concerned candidate and the result of such candidates (disqualified) will be withheld.
The minimum marks to be obtained in each Section and cut off marks for each section and in the aggregate shall be decided by LIC. Descriptive test of English Language etc. is of qualifying nature and marks in this test will not be counted for ranking. The decision of LIC in this regard shall be final and binding on the candidates. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equi-percentile equating method.
The Scores of Online Examination are obtained by adopting the following procedure:
(i) Number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the Score.
(ii) The score so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the Equated Scores*
* Scores obtained by candidates on any test are equated to the base form by considering the distribution of scores of all the forms.
(iii) Test wise scores and scores on total is reported with decimal point upto two digits.
Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.
