Nationality:
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee (arrived before 1962), or
- Person of Indian Origin from certain countries (e.g., Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject from an University recognised by the UGC, or
- B/BTech from an institution recognized by the AICTE, or
- Equivalent qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or any other.
Experience:
- 1 year in Officer/Supervisory Cadre in a bank or NBFC, or
- 3 years in Clerical Cadre in a bank or NBFC.
Age Limit
- 21 years to 32 years as of November 30, 2024, the upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:

- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC)

Central Bank Junior Management Officer Recruitment 2025 Application Fees
In order to apply for the recruitment of Zone Based Officers in JM Grade Scale I (Mainstream), a male candidate who belongs to UR, OBC or EWS will have to deposit the application fee ₹850/- with 18% GST. The payable amount for female, Physically Handicapped candidates, and male individuals belong to SC/ST is ₹175 with 18% GST.
Salary Range 2025
Selected candidates will receive a lucrative pay scale ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 under Junior Management Grade Scale I (JMGS-I). Additional allowances and benefits as per banking norms will also be provided.
