IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must hold the required eligibility parameters to get recruited for the post of Assistant Manager posts as discussed below. In case candidates do not fulfill the required eligibility parameters their application forms will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
IDBI Junior AM Education Qualification (as on 1/10/2024)
For Generalist posts- The candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University or Institution with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD)* to apply for Assistant Manager posts. The candidate should have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate. Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers. Proficiency in the regional language will be preferred.
For Specialist – Agri Asset Officer (AAO)- The candidate should hold a 4 years degree ( B.Sc/B Tech/B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture engineering, Fishery Science/Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Pisciculture, Agro-Forestry, Sericulture from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC.
IDBI Junior AM Age Limit (as on 1/10/2024)
The candidate should be of age limit 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager posts. The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1999 and not later than November 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive). The upper age relaxation will be provided as per the government norms.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Exam Pattern
- There will be 4 sections in the online test for Generalist posts- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. For Specialist-Agri Asset Officer (AAO), there is an additional section with questions from Professional Knowledge.
- The duration of the online test will be 2 hours for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Generalist posts and for Specialist-Agri Asset Officer (AAO), the duration is 2 hours 45 minutes.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary Structure
The candidates will be first selected for a 6-month training period with a stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month and then will be promoted to 2 months of Internship Period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Once the probation period is complete and selected candidates are recruited for Junior Assistant Manager posts, the compensation (CTC) would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
