IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Selection Process
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary Structure
Candidates who had applied for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager recruitment will be hired for Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ [JAM (Grade ‘O’)] position. The compensation (CTC) at the time of starting full-time will range between Rs.6.14 lakh and Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city).
- Full-time Salary: Rs. 6,14,000-Rs. 6,50,000.
IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Interview Criteria
Candidates qualifying the online test will be eligible to appear for the Personal interview round for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager recruitment –
- The Interview will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
- Candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in interview which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates)
- Only adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by the Bank, will be called for Interview
- During the interview the candidates will have the option to answer the questions in Hindi or English.
