Airport Ground Staff (Customer Service/Passenger Handling):

• Passenger check-in, boarding assistance, and baggage handling

• Announcements, gate management, and resolving passenger queries

• Documentation verification and coordination with airlines

• Security compliance and ramp coordination

Loader/Utility Handler (Ramp Staff):

• Loading/unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft

• Age Limit: 18–28 years (relaxable for experienced candidates)

• Educational Qualification:

• Physical Standards:
