For the year 2025, 76 vacancies have been notified for Grade A and Grade B Posts. This year, SIDBI announced 50 vacancies for SIDBI Grade A Officer posts in the General Stream and 26 Posts for Grade B posts through the SIDBI Grade A Recruitment, for which the category-wise distribution is as follows-

Graduation in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics / Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants)
Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Bachelor’s degree in Law / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by the GoI / UGC / AICTE.
MBA/ PGDM [in Any Discipline (the course must be of full-time 2 years)] / from a University/ Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) / Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies.

At least two years’ experience in credit dispensation in the areas of MSME/Corporate and lending to trading and small commercial loans etc.

Candidates having at least 2 years’ experience (core functioning) in (any one):

Entities dealing in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking registered with SEBI
Entities dealing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) registered with SEBI
Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) registered with the RBI
Subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Banks dealing in the MSME segment
Project management (viz. administration and implementation of projects/ Schemes of national importance) with consultancy firms of national stature having experience of consulting & project management in a similar line for more than 10 years, and should have specific experience of consulting/ Project management, Government project implementation / Govt. Project management / Digital project related to lending / Consultancy for the Govt. Projects.

SIDBI Grade B Age Limt- Not below 25 years and not exceeding 33 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 14.07.1992 and not later than 15.07.2000 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)

SIDBI Recruitment 2024 Salary

The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500 with a pay scale of 44500 – 2500(4) – 54500 – 2850(7) – 74450 -EB – 2850(4) – 85850 – 3300(1) – 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 1,00,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

The basic salary of the SIDBI Grade B Assistant Manager is Rs. 55200 with a pay scale of 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850 (2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years). The net SIDBI Grade B salary is approx. Rs. 1,15,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.
