KVS STENOGRAPHER Selection Process
The selection procedure for the KVS Stenographer has been released. Candidates will have to go through the below mentioned stages to finally get selected as KVS Stenographer.
- Written exam (120 marks)
- Skill Test (Shorthand test and typing test) {Qualifying}
- Computer Proficiency Test (100 marks)

KVS STENOGRAPHER Eligibility Criteria
The KVS Stenographer eligibility must be fulfilled. Candidates who doesn’t meet any of the below mentioned eligibility may be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
KVS Stenographer Nationality
The candidates should be a citizen of India. Candidates must have valid proofs to prove their nationality, like- an Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, or other identification issued by the Government of India.
KVS Stenographer Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post of Stenographer is 27 years.
KVS Stenographer Educational Qualification
- 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Skill test Norms
- Dictation : 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m
- Transcription: 50 mts (Eng) 65 mts (Hindi) (On computer)
